Cancellation & Refund Policy

• We reserve the right to postpone the consultation as per availability. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
• Once a consultation is booked, if the client wishes to cancel before or on the appointment date, a 100% cancellation charge will apply. No refunds will be made.
• In case the appointment is cancelled from our side due to any unavoidable reason, a full refund will be initiated within 3 days into your original payment methods.
